VSG was founded on a simple observation. Mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers across South Africa are running operationally complex businesses on spreadsheets, email, and WhatsApp - not because they are unsophisticated, but because nothing affordable and capable solved the problem properly.

The Team
Chief Executive Officer
Stephan leads VSG's strategy, sales, product design, and client delivery. He brings deep experience in operational systems and enterprise software, and a conviction that mid-market businesses deserve the same quality of operational control that large enterprises have - without the enterprise price tag or the 12-month implementation timeline.
Chief Executive Officer
Ernst leads VSG's technical architecture, AI integration, and development pipeline. He brings hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Next.js, .NET, and Docker-based infrastructure, and is responsible for building Vantage into the most capable operational control platform in the mid-market.
VSG is a team of four. Every person works on Vantage. There is no account management layer, no offshore development team, and no junior consultants learning on your project. When you work with VSG you work directly with the people who built the system.
